32’ trailer chassis with wheels, offering five (5) emergency housing / sleeping quarters units. Each bedroom unit is entirely separate from the others with its own air conditioner/heat pump and controls.   Each unit is furnished with a drop-down bed and space for some storage. Each individual space measures 6.51’ X 8’.  

PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING 32’

32’ trailer chassis with wheels, carrying three (3) (PSH) housing units. Each bedroom unit is entirely separate from the others with its own air conditioner/heat pump and controls.   Each unit is furnished with a bed, sink, under counter fridge, shower, toilet, drawers, seating area and wardrobe. Each individual space measures 9.44’ X 8’.   

PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING 40’

40’  trailer chassis with wheels, exhibiting four (4) (PSH) housing units. Each bedroom unit is entirely separate from the others with its own air conditioner/heat pump and controls.   Each unit is furnished with a bed, sink, under counter fridge, stove, toilet, shower, drawers, seating area and wardrobe. Each individual space measures approximately 10’ X 8’.   

PSH TRANSITIONAL HOUSING

32’  trailer chassis with wheels, holding two (2) (PSH) bedrooms. Each bedroom unit is separated from the other, placed on either end of the unit.   Unit is furnished with sink, fridge, stove, toilet, shower, drawers, and wardrobe space. Each housing unit is 255 square feet in total, with vinyl siding and standard features with appliances. Meets RVIA requirement of under 400 sq. ft.
